Mixed opinions

Quiet neighborhood, some neighbors are friendly. Allows pets! On a dead end road. Rules not enforced. One washer and dryer for eight apartments per building.

Friendly neighbors

Quite neighborhood, kinda-of cut off from Green Bay. Insulated well, Drawbacks went through several property managers. Rules, not enforced at times. One washer and dryer per building. Which is eight apartments.
