The Fort at Rail Yard

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is trying, but they’re in over their heads. Terrible communication with management, they close randomly, don’t answer their phones. Garbage was overflowing into the parking lot constantly, and they said they’d fine us if we put garbage in there, but it would only get collected once every 2 weeks. Dogs barked for hours which is the owners fault, animals would use the bathroom in the hallways/ elevators. Parking lot was a disaster. We share a parking lot with... businesses so business hours there was no parking for tenants. There were more tenants with cars than parking spots so people just parked anywhere. City of GB declared this building a “Chronic Nuisance” because there’s police calls everyday. Moral of the story, do not move here. Read More

I have never written a review in my life but I feel like I am obligated to say how horrible this place has been. I have lived here for five months now and since then it has gone downhill. Now most people would blame it only on management but I have seen time and time again how horrible the people treat this apartment with no reprecussions. I feel like I’m living in a frat house. Trash, liquids, DOG PEE AND POOP are left for WEEKS. I have never seen a cleaning person once which is managements... fault. Not to talk about how someone tried to throw away their couch months ago (which is still there). Do not move here if you want to feel clean in your home. Read More
