Wintergreen

This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived at! I love the easy access to the highway, walking distance to Aldi is great too. I love the open atrium when you come in, it just relaxes me. The owner is great to work with, and has never failed to address a concern. I've been here three years now, and it has truly become my home. I have some great neighbors, they are all quiet. If you like outdated this is the place for you. Almost everything in these apartments is original, appliances, carpet, windows and patio door. Floor plans are big and roomy with tons of storage might be the biggest positive. Loud interchange traffic from the hwy even with the new wall, airport fly over zone, close village emergency facilities so noise levels are very high, but it's close to everything you need. Mgr and maintenance nice till you want something big repaired or replaced then… expect duck tape, band aids and excuses. If you don't mind these things then this is the place for you. Read More
