Willowick Apartments

If you want to live in a place for cheap great, but you have to deal with the most asinine neighbors, building almost burnt down, upstairs neighbors walking around the apartment all hours of the day, noise complaints go nowhere

Do not waste your time renting here. This company doesn't care about the tenants they have. All they care about is the money they collect. The managers at the willowick office are useless. All they do is talk and babysit kids at the office. Not doing anything to help their tenants with the issues they have at their unit or complex. Im still waiting for the money they owe me. No one calls you back and I have proof that they owe me this money. But still no one calls you back and I'm sure I won't... see my money. It’s in a safe area- pipes are loud- must be ok with the smell of weed at all hours- communication around rent payment is awful (they gave a written warning that we didn’t pay when we had our receipt)- I’ve lived here for two years and i would move back here when I come back to WI

Apt is awesome, peaceful n quiet. Its also so comfort zone when I come home from work.

I have lived at Willowick for almost 2 years now. It has been good. I will be staying here for another year. The location is fantastic, right next to Southridge Mall and many restaurants and stores. The office staff seems very helpful if you have any questions. The price is great for the location and amenities.
