Inconsistent pricing

Inconsistent pricing l… super thin walls to live here peacefully … multiple noise complaints unfortunately…..

Don’t recommend

Helped my sister move in 2023 excited for her next chapter in this place but unfortunately this apartment has its fault,increasing her rent every lease renewal was the worst out of them all. Visited my sister plenty times here, wouldn’t recommend this place walls were so thin and she was always stressed out due to lack of sleep because of noisy neighbors then her rent increased all the time, she would call me and my mom about how she called for noise complaints and they never followed up or… resolved the issue there only recommendation was for her to move units and start a whole new lease ! it’s sad to see her old neighbor who used to be friendly lie about his messages especially after all the she has donated to him and this apartment, this is her last statement after she decided to cut ties with this place and move into a home

I have lived here for a year and absolutely love this. This place is far from city but, if you have work near by then this will be a top choice.

Best Apartments

Love living at Hawthorn Apartments. The apartments are so modern and spacious. Amenities are excellent and they have a lot. The staff and maintenance are excellent, friendly and make you feel like family. It’s the best place to live.

Best Place to live

I wanted to take the time to review Hawthorn Place. The staff are excellent, helpful and always willing to help and maintenance staff are also excellent and if you need anything done they all handle it quickly and so professional.The apartment is so modern and appliances are wonderful. There are so many amenities here it is unbelievable what they offer for residents.
