Policy changes
I’m really disappointed to say that this place has gone downhill over the last three years. Since the new management took over, we’ve seen constant price increases and changes that have made living here increasingly frustrating. Utilities that used to be included in our rent are now handled by a third party, leading to added expenses and complications.
Additionally, the behavior of the manager, Gia, has been a major point of contention. Her rudeness and apparent lack of care for the residents... is disheartening. It’s hard to understand why someone in her position would treat tenants this way.
As tenants, we’re tired of the frequent policy changes and rising costs. It seems like every other month brings a new surprise that makes it harder to feel comfortable in our own homes. I really hope the management can take these concerns seriously and make some much-needed improvements.
