Issue with primary toilet gasket - kept running Called on-call # and Rick cam over promptly, went to Menards for the part, and fixed it - all in record time

Toilet repair Given the pressure assist toilet issues, Rick & the plumber are working diligently to get it repaired. Rick & Jen always keep us informed of the plan ahead

Repair of water leak in shower I would give it a 3, due to the fact there’s still a small drip when I use the shower x3 daily, and the water pressure is noticeably lower than before. As result tanking longer showers and more water usage. Rick and Jen did their part getting the plumber to come in for the repair.
