I worked with St. Vallerie Apartments when finding a place to rent during graduate school. The Property Manager was very nice and always responded promptly when I had questions. The maintenance team was always available to do a repair within a day and usually right away. The building was kept clean. I really enjoyed the building and my time there!

Very spacious rooms with 2 large closets. Quiet halls, great pool and nice little fitness room. Great sized porch. Far enough away from downtown to not hear everything thats going on, but close enough that you can still enjoy going downtown.
