Best Lake Geneva Apartments
I LOVED living here. Perfect location and my unit was newly renovated and beautiful. All maintenance requests were handled quickly. Neighbors are quiet. Laundry is on site and convenient. Laurel makes everything very easy and great. I’m only moving because I lost my job. I wish I could stay!

Nice place to live
This is a great place to live. The manager is supportive and will help you with issues you have. I can’t say enough nice things about her. The place is quiet. The maintenance fixes things in a timely manner. The apartments are beautiful. I love living here.

Nice place to live
We've have been here for four years and have not had any issues. Maintenance requests, if necessary, are done quickly. I like our privacy, it's quiet and it's near downtown, and schools. Great place to live. Thank you.

A beautiful place to live.
If you want to find an apartment that is reasonable in price and extremely well-kept, then you could move here . I have lived in these apartments going on two years. thank goodness Geneva states has a manager that lives on the site and takes excellent care of every single thing from the beautiful grounds and Keeping herself available for anyone at any time to the quiet and respectful communicate that she has created. It’s all true. You would have to come visit to see for yourself. The ... property owners spare no expense in the upkeep of the property well keeping your rent at an affordable rate. I’m writing this because I am seeing a whole lot of postings for people looking for apartments I truly hope you see this .
