Rockpoint village was excellent
I moved here for work and loved my 1 -bedroom apartment! Everything was clean and functioning. The neighbors were super friendly . Unfortunately after 6 months I was laid off eclairs lack of business . As a result I needed to move back to Illinois. They were extremely cooperative and helped me find someone very quickly rent the unit to avoid the lease breaking costs! They saved me a lot of money and time!!!!! I highly recommend renting here!

Do not recommend
They apparently do not believe residents deserve yards/grass. If you don’t mind living amongst weeds and dirt - then go for it. Otherwise, it completely destroys any sense of comfortable, settled living.
