Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and Lake Monona is just three blocks away. Finding parking in the neighborhood is pretty easy, and you should be able to find a spot within one block from wherever you are traveling to.
This is a quiet complex, so excessive noise is prohibited. Excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Please keep the apartment, furniture, dishes, linens, and towels reasonably clean during your stay. Dirty towels and linens can be washed in the washer and dryer. Kitchen supplies should not be ruined or full of old food when you check out. Please only use the black towels for makeup removal. If you are staying in a pet-friendly apartment, pet waste should be cleaned up and disposed of in the outside trash. Please contact us immediately if there is damage to anything in the apartment or the property so we can address it as soon as possible. If there is damage to the apartment and we are not notified, it can result in cancellation of the reservation. Missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property will result in a charge of the actual replacement cost plus a restocking fee of $50.
