The complex is convient for my work and shopping. But they keep raising the rent every year. Maybe it's time to move on. I love the boatyard tho.

Great view bad maintenance
My apartment has a view of lake Monona but whenever we have something break or something that needed fixing from when we moved in the maintenance team didn't get here until 2 months later or not at all.
