pronounce it the other way, the new place to shine will be Aventine. However, it... really
doesn’t matter since Aventine is Madison’s newest luxury apartment building that’s
already creating a buzz throughout the city. And why you ask? For starters it has an
onsite manager, a fitness center and bike storage; but it also has a dry cleaning service
and a dog washing station, which basically means both you and your hound will always
be clean!

Careless, Rude Management. Entered apt w/o permission

We can’t wait to leave this place! It’s been a nightmare from the beginning. They entered our apartment with no permission whatsoever. Also don’t be fooled by the nice “gallery”. They don’t even bother to change the artwork, just more of an excuse to make you pay more. Management is horribly rude and will not work with you whatsoever. Be ready for at least one email a week ordering tenants to do things. Cameras everywhere but they don’t even bother to check them when items are stolen when they... leave the garage open (which is often), they’re mostly there to watch the tenants.
