All appliances are old and useless. Garbage disposal retains the stink of the previous owner. Rooms smell of smoke or rotting food in garbage disposal. There will be bugs in your apartment: from roller beetles to spiders. Window screens have several holes in them.

Happy with our choice of apartments
We have lived at Barrington Place 1.5 years and have had no complaints. What sold us was the amount of square footage for the price. Checked several different places in town and Barrington always came out on top. It’s safe and quiet which is a huge plus too. We have enjoyed living here thus far.

If you want to be completely miserable and absolutely HATE where you live and deal with miscommunication, this is the place for you!!!
Terrible experience living at Barrington for a year. My car was burglarized in the apartment's underground parking and apartment management didn't even bother to follow up with the incident report that I provided. I also got overcharged for minor damages in the apartment and was warned after the pre-inspection notice that if a sticker won't be removed, the refrigerator door will have to be replaced.

Not worth the $
Worst apartment I've lived in. When I moved in, the place was filthy. They cleaned the carpet and some main things, but all the doors and walls were gross. I'm paying for a renovated apartment, but all the flooring is very old. Sadly, I didnt get to see the place before I signed the lease. Some of the staff are nice. Barrington is definitely not worth the price, especially with much nicer places nearby for not much more money.
