I have enjoyed my stay here I have wonderful neighbors. The only thing that I don't agree with is with the new management the rent going up, but there are no amenities. No appreciation for tenants, I have a semi updated apartment and I have been asking about the carpet in the unit I was told that the carpet was new. I have not heard anything. Other than that, the apartment is great

I will continue to say this time and time again. Heidi and Dave are a fabulous team and make sure all of their tenants are well taken care of.
The are quick and immediate to respond to requests or questions and never hesitate to educate you in the process on how their processes work within the company.
I have been living here for 6 years now and I will always recommend Brighton Square.

I've been here since 2021 and it has been very pleasant. The staff are very helpful. The location is ideal for going pretty much anywhere around.

Awesome property manager and fantastic maintenance man. Nice quiet area, no amenities though on site. Rent is reasonable and staff is very receptive when repairs are needed
