Great first apartment

I've lived in this building for over a year and have never had a complaint. Perfect location with proximity to shops, downtown, and campus. My only frustration is that the laundry constantly has a machine or two out of order but management is nice and will do repairs. Plus there is usually enough available machines even with the out of order ones.

Highly Recommend-great location and great mangement

I lived at Capitol Centre for 3 years and was really happy there. Great location close to campus and the Capitol, State St., and grocery store. Management was really responsive and helpful. Maintenance was speedy if I needed anything.
