Mice

Mice/rats were a problem, we found poop behind furniture and in the closet, heard them in the walls and saw them twice on the floor. My dog caught and killed one and left it for me on my couch. Fridge stopped working at least two times a month and we lost food several times. Everything in the place is as cheap as it comes and I was harassed several times for rent that I had already paid and was harassed and pressured to resign the lease. Took my entire security deposit for "cleaning." Seemingly… nice landlord but 100% would not recommend and would avoid.
