Madison Mayfair Apartments

You have to pay to park even have one spot in the lot even though the lot is half empty all the time and they have a towing truck company they will have tow away you car if you don't have they sticker and that happen to us a few weeks ago even tho the rent is alredy ridiculus high and that make everyone have to park on the street and have to walk a long ways in the dark even just to get to the place it aint right. The building smell terrible and not clean good at all. The hallway and basement… always dirty and nasty. Trash not pick up like they should. Sais is smoke free but bunch of them still smoke cigarettes and other stuff anyway and stink up my apartment then dump they buts and ashes on sidewalks in front of the door to get in. All kinda animals hiding in the bushes and junk all growed up and not cut down and always running around all over and then also got renters make it look like we in some arekansas town cuz they hang flags or blankets on they windows andf junk. my apartment got a little tiny kitchen no dishwasher plus little bit half size stove and window air condition that nobody take care of is loud and even after I told them it wasn't workin right and my apartment so hot they send somebody to look and say nothing wrong so it don't matter it stayed broke. don't rent here. im tryin to find new place cuz peiople who used to own it and live here who were real nice and take care of it sold it and move and these new people don't care bout nothin but money and it aint worth at ALL cuz even some thiose pics they got on here is a lie and not even a real apartment nobody live in no more thats where the old owner used to live but now its the manger office and they trying to make people think its good so they can charge so much plus then make people pay to park even one spot and charge all kind of money to do pet test so they can even test the poop and charge you more if they say is your dog plus make us pay more pet rent fees to have a pet to! this place aint worth at all.
