Happy Resident - Highly recommended

I’ve lived at Point Place for over a three years and have had a solid experience. The building is quiet, well-maintained, and in a super convenient location. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally.

Adam, the community manager, is approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s clear the staff works hard to keep the property running smoothly. Overall, Point Place has been a comfortable and reliable place to live, and I’d recommend it to... anyone looking for a well-managed community.

My experience in Point Place

Moved on August 2025. I am very pleased with my apartment. The building is well- kept. Nice neighborhood and a safe place to live.

Resident since 2023

These apartments are ideally located on the west side of Madison. There are restaurants like Culver’s and Rocky Rococo nearby, and for shopping there is department stores like Target and Kohl’s.
There is underground parking which is a plus during the winter so you don’t have to clean your car off of snow in the morning and you can get into a warm car on a winter day.
There is new management that took over this year and they are professional and courteous. Adam is the Community Manager and he is... friendly and helpful.
It’s a quiet residence and the neighbors are nice.
The apartment is for seniors 55 years and older, and the rent is adjusted according to your income.
I can’t recommend Point Place Senior Apartments enough.
