I have lived in the Silverstone apartments for about nine years. When I moved here they were amazing about taking care of problems and maintenance issues promptly. The management was extremely friendly. That has completely changed. The last couple years everything has completely gone downhill. They are slow to take care of maintenance issues. The management is extremely rude and condescending. They treat us like garbage. I would have highly recommended it here several years ago, but I do not... feel that is the case now.

Apartment great, maintenance not so great
Apartment building and garage are clean and well maintained. The environment is super chill. The walls are thick. Overall great apartment, but I've had frustrating experiences with maintenance. Had to go 2 weeks in the summer without A/C. Also, there were squirrels in the ceiling and walls that were annoying for several months.

Love living here!
I've lived at Silverstone for 9+ years. I love my apartment and the location! Close to all the things I need, still able to access downtown when I want. Quiet neighborhood. Any maintenance items I've had have been handled quickly and efficiently.

Beautiful and well maintained
The Silverstone Apartments are very well maintained. The units look beautiful and so do the common areas and exteriors! Management is friendly and responsive. I am so happy we found this place!

Maintenance
Very quick to make repairs to any issues we have had. Landscaping is done in proper maintenance n upkeep. Very safe n comfortable community.
