The Ace

First! I love my apartment; I love the size all of the appliances it has. I have a family of five and my three-bedroom two bath is more than spacious for us all.

All of my neighbors are very kind helpful. In the warmer months the kids are able to go out back and play with the rest of the kids at the playground. In December we have a holiday party hosted by the property manager LJ.

The Maintenace guy (wish I knew his name) is amazing he has always been timely and efficient.

I have had the… pleasure of renting from LJ before the ace years ago and I had nothing but pleasant interactions with him.

Update

I’m here with a update things started out so bad for me here but with the help of the property manager LJ things started to look up all my maintenance repairs have been Completed i thank y’all as I am handicap and needed things done appreciate all the time and effort y’all put in for me I’m praying for even greater things for the property

Good and bad

The location is great and the property manager has been amazing, but the amount of short cuts they took while constructing this place is baffling. They chose an internet provider from Texas whose internet goes out at least once a month with out the option to be serviced. You are unable to get your own internet. The only way to keep your patio door closed is to lock it and my bedroom door doesn't latch shut. The first month was spent without a dryer and they promised to give a laundry stipend but… didn't give one. The area is noisy and active, plus they're has been a lot of kids running around the halls without supervision.

A new start

My apartment is absolutely gorgeous-Not unlike all new buildings- there have been issues.The staff has worked hard to handle issues professionally and in a timely manner.I hope to sign on again next year as I am enjoying being a part of this new community.Thank you!

Terrible

This place is beautiful I feel Rushed and tricked as my place was failing apart at 1st day of moving in no repairs have been made it’s going on two months I haven’t been able to wash since I moved in now kids are all over the place all day and night with no supervision from parents management is terrible with being consistent and fixing problems I hate it here do not move here
