Wonderful Apartments

This has been my favorite complex to live in. I've lived here almost 3 years. It is a quiet and respectful community. The staff are always kind, quick to respond, and welcoming. My son told me he never wants to move

Modern design with lots of amenities and conveniently located.

I've lived here for over a year. It's a relatively new building with plenty of amenities - community room that you can use anytime and reserve for small gatherings, outdoor patio with grill, workout room, parking garage (parking fee was half off for my first year). It's very quiet (I hardly ever see or hear my neighbors, but pet-friendly so there's the occasional barking dog). The location is convenient for access to the Beltline and the Badger State Trail for biking. It is right next to the… Beltline so it's a bit noisy but I have acclimated to it in my time here (soundproofing of the building is very good). The management staff is quick to respond to any maintenance or general requests.

Great place! Great Management!

Love living here. Great location in the city. Easy to get downtown, east side, west side and even south suburbs. Sound proof windows, so quiet!
