To qualify your household for affordable housing you must meet these criteria: 1. There must be at least one household member who is NOT a full-time student. If you are the only occupant, you cannot attend school full time during residency, or have attended for more than 4 months out of the current calendar year. There is a maximum gross annual household income for some apartments: For a two bedroom at $1170-- 2 people $46,150; 3 people $51,900; 4 people $57,650. For a 2 bedroom at $1430--2 people $55,380, 3 people $62,280, 4 people $69,180. For a 3 Bedroom $1353.00-- 3 people $51,900; 4 people $57,650, 5 people $62,300, 6 people $66,900. For a 3 Bedroom at $1653.00--3 people $62,280, 4 people $69,180, 5 people $74,760 6 people $80,280. We do have Market rate apartments without income restrictions.
