River North Apartments

We lived here for about two years and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Being right in the heart of Manitowoc was one of our favorite parts. Everything was within walking distance, from local shops and restaurants to the beautiful Manitowoc lakefront, which made for great evening walks and weekend outings.

The management and maintenance staff were always responsive, easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Any routine maintenance requests we had were taken care of… quickly and efficiently, which made living here stress-free.

We also really appreciated how friendly the other residents were and how quiet and well-maintained the entire complex stayed throughout our time here. It truly felt like a comfortable and respectful community.

We absolutely LOVE our apartment! We have been a resident for a little over 2 years and the views of Lake Michigan, the downtown area, and the sunrise/sunsets are spectacular! We enjoy the close vicinity to restaurants/bars, and we frequently walk to these destinations. There are bike and hiking trails nearby and a kayak launch right across the street. The apartments have nice finishes, excellent appliances, and are very roomy. The building is always taken care of and very clean in the common… areas. The underground parking is so convenient with carts to help with groceries or other items. The building is secure with a fob entry and a phone entry system. There is an app to pay your rent and request maintenance if needed. We have had a few minor issues, and the management is very responsive, and the issues are quickly resolved. We sold our house and really enjoy our 2 br apartment. Love the big windows to enjoy views of Lake Michigan and the Manitowoc River, along with the deck to just sit outside and relax.
The apartment is spacious and has nice stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry, flooring, and granite countertops. Our master bedroom is spacious and has more big windows, along with my walk-in closet. The laundry room is spacious with stackable appliances and plenty of room for extra storage.
All… floors have convenient trash disposal shoots and if needed, you can also rent an extra storage area. The apartment comes cabled ready, along with high speed internet access.
There is secure underground parking, with enough room for me to store my pedal bike and golf clubs. The area also has convenient carts for transporting goodies.
The apartment complex is secure with a key fab entry. The entry has beautiful common areas for coffee, and another large indoor and outdoor area for gatherings. I like the well maintained fitness center. Outside there also is a fire pit and kayak launch to enjoy.
The whole complex are continually kept clean and well maintained.
We appreciate the management and maintenance availability for any issues or concerns we have. They always respond and assist us very quickly. There no noise issues, which is also a plus.
Lastly and one of our biggest reasons for moving here is the location. We really enjoy walking around downtown and visiting many different stores, restaurants, bars, and our beautiful lakeshore, and of course, our neighbors PetSkull, with great beer, food, fun, and music. Read More

I've lived here for just over a year and have had an excellent experience. The apartments themselves are well laid out and feel spacious and open. The location and all common areas are consistently kept clean and well-maintained. What really stands out is the responsiveness of the management and maintenance teams; any issue I've had has been handled promptly. The attached heated underground parking is a lifesaver during Wisconsin winters, the on-site gym is a great convenience, and having trash… chutes on every floor is so nice. I also really appreciate the excellent soundproofing – I hardly ever hear my neighbors, and even outside noises are minimal. My only minor negative would be that the one-bedroom bathroom feels a bit oversized, and I would have preferred some of that square footage be used for additional storage in the bathroom or to make the bedroom or living room closets larger.
