absolute worst place to live

Manager is so rude. She can't keep maintenance people so the units were ALWAYS neglected. Then when you move out you get charged and don't get a security deposit back. She had registered sex offenders living there and it's not even a block from a school park. She knows someone through apartments who deletes bad reviews. This is the 3rd one I'm leaving. You can't take her to court, she has too much money for that and will win no matter what. Manager does not care that these are supposed to… people's homes.

Horrible Management

Apartments are great. The manager is terrible. I was a tenant for years and dealing with her was a nightmare.

Last Option

On move in day we noticed a rip in the carpet and brought it up to the manager. She asked if we wanted new carpeting but already in the process of moving we said no. Three years later and we moved out and she is now charging us for new carpet and many other bogus fees. in short management is terrible and will cause way more trouble then it is worth.

Yorkshire Lane Apartment

Management is very unorganized and doesn't follow thru with their work. She does not check her work. A lot of spelling errors on memos and contracts. Does not follow contract.

The place and builds are not very well taken care of. Very neglected.
