To Many Kids Running Around/Clutter everywhere
There are to many kids running around in the parking lot, it is not safe, with them weaving in and out of the cars.
There is clutter everywhere, bikes laying on the lawns. very tasteless, when pulling into the driveway. The units do not reflect this. Turned me off from applying.
