No communication or maintenance requests completed!!!

Poor service! Waiting for 4+ months for maintenance requests to be completed. Have called, texted, emailed and several online maintenance requests have been entered. Calls are no longer being returned, texts and emails are not answered. I suppose they are waiting for my lease to expire before doing any work so they can increase my rent!!! Rented the apartment with washer/dryer in unit. It leaked into downstairs apartment. Was told the unit would have to be removed. I was under the impression it... would be replaced. That was in the beginning of November 2025. It's now March 2026 and nothing has been done. I'm an older lady so I have to carry loads of clothes down 2 flights of stairs (no elevator) with my bad health. After carrying these clothes down to the laundry room, I'm now experiencing problems with the arm, shoulders and neck. Still NO RESPONSE!!!
