Best Apartment in the Madison Area

I have lived all over Madison over the past few years and this is by far the best place I’ve found! The apartments are gorgeous, the rent is impressively low, the air conditioning works beautifully, the management is amazing, and the area is super walkable. The walls are insulated so you don’t hear much noise from neighbors. My utilities bill was lower in this apartment than any other I’ve stayed in even though we kept the apartment at a 67 degrees. Between downtown Middleton and the Pheasant… Branch Conservancy, there is so much to do within walking distance. The management puts on fun events. One time, there was a complimentary taco truck and live music in the patio. Living here felt like a luxury residence the entire time. We have literally no complaints at all!

Home Sweet Home

I’ve lived here for the past four years, and I’d stay even longer if I could. When I first moved to Wisconsin, I knew nothing about the area, I literally picked a spot on the map. But landing in Middleton and finding this apartment turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and incredibly quiet. It’s not a huge complex, which means the property managers are attentive, responsive, and genuinely care. Anytime I needed something fixed,… it was handled quickly and professionally. They’re always improving the place too, upgrades and thoughtful touches pop up regularly. Inside and out, it’s just a gorgeous, well-kept space.

One of my favorite things is the location. You’re within walking distance of downtown Middleton, with its great restaurants, shops, and the stunning conservancy trails. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful living and easy access to everything you need.

Leaving this place is bittersweet because it truly felt like home. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-managed, and welcoming place to live in the area, I can’t recommend it enough.

Truly a great place to live!

Amazing property managers! They have consistently impressed me with their professionalism and responsiveness before and after moving in. One of the smoothest moving processes, even with moving across the country. Hard to beat this location in the Madison area too! Feels like home.

AWSOME CUSTERMER SERVICE! ABOVE AND BEYOND

It's like living at a 5-star hotel! This property has a great maintenance team that is knowledgeable and very prompt at responding to any and all of my requests. They even have 24-hour emergency after hours service and everything is taken care of swiftly. You can tell the management cares about the property. The property is very well taken care and maintained. Everyone here is above and beyond! I love living here.

So Nice I Don't Want to Leave

When I first moved to the Madison area, I was between this building and another. I choose the later and regretted it deeply and moved to Parmenter II the moment my lease was up! I have had a spectacular experience in this building! The staff is so welcoming and accommodating, the residents are respectful and friendly and location is wonderful!
