The Waverly

I’ve been here 2.5 months and am very impressed with The Waverly and would absolutely give it five stars. The apartments are thoughtfully designed for actual day-to-day living. I especially appreciate the full-size front-loading washer and dryer, full-size kitchen sink, semi-professional kitchen faucet, walk-in master bath shower, and the generous amount of storage throughout my apartment.

The amenities are excellent and, more importantly, genuinely useful. I use the fitness center every day,… and having such a well-equipped gym right in the building is incredibly convenient. The complimentary coffee machine is another perk I appreciate regularly. Even the less glamorous details are exceptionally well thought out—trash and recycling chutes are located on each residential floor, with a large indoor refuse and recycling room downstairs, so there’s no need to haul trash outside.

I also appreciate having an on-site management team and maintenance staff. The building is clean, secure, and well maintained, and features like controlled access and heated underground parking add another level of convenience.

The location is one of The Waverly’s biggest advantages. Greenway Station’s shops and restaurants are essentially right next door, with a great selection of shopping, dining, and everyday services within minutes. Costco and many other Middleton conveniences are also nearby, while downtown Madison is still an easy drive.

The surrounding neighborhood has also been a major positive for me. As a dog owner, I’m outside at all hours—including the occasional 3 a.m. potty trip—and I have consistently felt comfortable and safe walking my dogs around the property and neighborhood.

There are plenty of additional amenities, including the pool, rooftop areas, resident lounges, grilling areas, car wash, doggie wash, and co-working spaces.

What sets The Waverly apart for me is the combination of a well-designed apartment, useful amenities, attentive on-site management, a convenient location, and all the small details that make everyday living easier. I’m very happy I chose to live here. Read More
