Pleasant Interaction

I met with Jeff (Property Manager) to view an apartment. He was very helpful in answering all my questions. I liked the layout of the apartment and the property grounds are pretty.

Newly Rented

If you're looking for an apartment with incredible on-site management, Meadowridge Apartments in Milton, Wisconsin is the place.
I recently moved into an apartment at Meadowridge. The entire space was expertly cleaned which exceeded my expectations.
The apartment is spacious, affordable, and safe. What really brings me comfort is the immediate response by the on-site management team to any need or question that arises. The on-site managers use an honest and caring approach that bridges the… distance between the corporate entity and a space to call home.
Meadowridge Apartments offer respect, honesty, fairness, and safety.

Pleasant and attentive to needs of tenants

My experience on the property and with the current property managers has been nothing less than what you should expect. Quick responses reguarding anything from home maintenance to even moving up my move in time by two weeks which put more work on themselves, but they did it. Great area and great people. I have, and I will continue to recommend MeadowRidge Apartments to anyone.

Rude

They have it advertised that the properties are available now but they actually have no availability. I called and left a message to schedule a showing through the number provided here but they were rude when they called back to say I called the emergency line and that they prefer I call during office hours. How was I supposed to know that? Who knows. Needless to say, I will not be filling out an application for these apartments when one becomes available.
