Each guest must have a mobile phone, download the Door: Smart Access & Control app, and create an account in order to access the building and apartment doors. The AC is controlled by a wall unit in the living area. Radiant floor heating is controlled by a thermostat which can be programmed up to 75 degrees. Package deliveries will be held in the office and available for pickup from the building's management company during business hours. Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
