Worst apartment I have ever lived in
They didn’t properly clean the apartment before we moved in and I was disgusted when I found it in the shape that it was in. There was gunk on the floor in front of the fridge, you couldn’t walk around without the bottom of your feet turning black, showers were still dirty with the shower heads taped up and many other things on top of very poor management. They also charged us for ridiculous fees when we moved out even though we left it MUCH cleaner than when we moved in. My roommate scrubbed... down all of the cabinets like they told us to and they still charged us for cabinet cleaning!? I’d stay away from Katz properties all together. They only care about taking your money and treat you horrible!
