All within three blocks are the Third Ward shopping district, Summerfest grounds, the Riverwalk, coffee shops, and countless restaurants and bars.
No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. No smoking is allowed on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and will incur a $150 fee and additional fees for remediation.
