Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on Jackson St and on Pleasant St. Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets, for example, allowed on Jackson St, Jefferson St, Pleasant St, and the west side of Water St, but not allowed on the east side of Water St. Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free for up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced) by calling the city at on the day you'd like to start parking and requesting a Temporary Night Parking Permit. If street parking is needed for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration. Reserved parking is not included.
All within two blocks are cafes, breweries, a grocery store, a brunch restaurant, a beercade, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars.
No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. Smoking is prohibited and will incur a $150 fee. Quiet time is after 10pm. Only authorized guests are allowed, and no booking on behalf of others. There is a $75 charge for unreturned keys. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Early check-in accommodations will be made for self check-in anytime after 1pm, and all requests are subject to availability.
