The living room sofa may serve as a sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, community kitchen and lounge, community outdoor deck with grills, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace/dining table (when Murphy bed is not in use), a private balcony, and in-unit laundry.
Reserved parking is not included. Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced) by calling the city at on the day you'd like to start parking and requesting a Temporary Night Parking Permit. If street parking for 4+ nights is needed, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration.
Located just 2 blocks from Brady St and a 5-minute drive to McKinley beach, Downtown Milwaukee, and St. Mary's hospital. This home is walkable to grocery stores, convenience stores, and countless bars and restaurants.
Ages 21+ to book. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time after 10pm.
