The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street, and you will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and to avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, and 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in/check-out at a fee of $25/hour, and you must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request.

Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys cost $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed check-out, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. If noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee.
