The apartment is directly across the street from Fiserv Forum which has a bright LED marquee sign. Some light will pass through the living room window, while the bedroom window has both a roller shade and a curtain to effectively block light. There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the centrally located property. Disposable ear plugs are provided for guests just in case. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply. Quiet time is after 10pm.
