Walking Distance

I Walk to Summer Fest , Library , Shopping , Riverwalk . Mgr Miss Ericka is personally involved and Maintenance is handled by Kyle both are very competent . 5?

Loft Apartments

Just moved into the apartment building and I love my unit. My apartment was spotless upon move in and my floor is nice and quiet. The appliances are up to date, paint is fresh and the ceiling are high. Madeleine in the office was very helpful during the entire application and move in process and always returned emails, calls or questions at lightning speed!

Awesome

Love my apartment nice , quiet, and clean I enjoy the area as well lots of food and entertainment. Also a friendly building underground parking and 24/7 maintenance on call. If your looking for somewhere in the downtown area 700 Lofts is the place great living space and pet friendly !

Moving Soon

So far, the management is very kind and nice and knowledgable. They make you feel welcome and at home. The apartments are beautiful and the area that the place is located is in the heart of downtown Milwaukee where there is shops and restaurants just walking for 5 minutes. I commute and there are a lot of public transit buses around in the area. I am familiar with the area and I will be really happy living in 700 Loft apartments.
