DO NOT RENT HERE
Do not rent here. What used to seem like a decent place to live has quickly gone downhill due to constant turnover in management. It feels like every few months there’s a new team in charge, and with that comes zero continuity or accountability. Tenant concerns get lost in the shuffle, emails go unanswered, and maintenance requests either take forever or are ignored entirely. It’s incredibly frustrating trying to get anything resolved when no one seems to know what’s going on or take ownership... of issues.
The building itself is not maintained the way it should be. The elevator is frequently out of service, which becomes a major inconvenience—especially if you live on an upper floor or are carrying groceries. Appliances in the units are unreliable and often break down, and getting them repaired is another long, drawn-out process. For the amount you pay in rent, you’d expect basic things like a functioning fridge, stove, or laundry to be a given, but that hasn’t been the case.
Amenities are also a letdown. What’s advertised doesn’t match the reality—shared spaces are poorly maintained, and any “luxury” features feel neglected or outdated. Overall cleanliness of the property leaves a lot to be desired, and it doesn’t feel like management prioritizes creating a comfortable or well-kept living environment for tenants. Between the lack of responsiveness, frequent management changes, and ongoing maintenance issues, this place simply isn’t worth the cost or the hassle.
