Terrible Customer Service

I have been trying to contact the manager for weeks and weeks, and they are very dismissive and easily forget when you contact them regarding the property - and I just want to rent from the building, they don't return calls and often make promises they cannot fulfill. I am extremely dissatisfied and no longer wish to rent from here.

Very Clean and Afordable

The renovated 2 bed 1 bath has all new appliances, carpet, shower, the works. Very good deal for the price, especially for having 2 bedrooms.

Parking garage is massive and newer.

Robyn works right across the street and was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had while living here.

Decent Experience

Lived here for two years and overall was fine just a few issues. You really get what you pay for as some of the older apartments has bad windows for during the winter and can get really cold inside. Small counter space and overall small size of the apartment. Landlord would be very brash at times and unresponsive. Additionally wouldn't pave the entrance to the garage sometimes until noon and would make it impossible to get into work during winter. But very close to Brady street and walking… distance to the lake.

We do our very best to remove all snow and ice from all drives and sidewalks as quickly as possible. One time last winter we were hit with a huge snowfall and were delayed because of it. Only one tenant emailed me about it and I explained why the… delay occurred and in normal winters all tenants are usually satisfied during the entire winter.

Customer Service

I loved this apartment and emailed the company . The next day I received a phone call at 7 in the morning telling me they have one room available and will have to call me back about the details. The next day I called them back and they said they had no recollection of my previous phone call and had just gotten an application from someone else so more likely than not, it's no longer available. That is disorganization. I am not happy. Again, the property was great. I'm very disappointed in the way… it was handled.
