No heat!

For how much these people charge for rent, I would expect the heat to be in our control. its currently 36 degrees in Milwaukee, and they haven't 'given us access' to our radiators.

This was the final straw. From the blatant misrepresentation from the pictures, to the real apartment, lack of communication between management and renters, constantly full trash bins (overflowing onto the yard) , vagabonds sleeping in the lobby, and lack of protection in their parking lot, it has become apparent… that management has changed/given up on this property.

DO NOT move into this complex, I am eagerly waiting for my lease to expire.

Great location and price!

My husband and I have lived in our studio for almost 2 years now and its been great! No noise issues and the one building issue we had was resolved immediately. We live in a studio but it is extremely large and easily fits the bill for a 1bdrm. All of the apartments in the building are very large and there are many dog owners in the building so its always lovely to see so many dogs ??

The location is a big pro if you walk. If you drive parking is awful but if your lucky you can rent a spot as… well.
