These 1- and 2-bedroom units are restricted to seniors making between 30% and 60% of AMI. Amenities at this development include a community room, fitness center, and LSS’s office and will be available to school building residents only. The project also features 13 three-bedroom townhome units along West Rohr Avenue. These townhomes will be available to families making 50% of AMI.
