Avoid Decker Properties
Decker Properties bought these rentals a little over a year ago after the old owner passed away and these buildings are no longer desirable to rent. I'd recommend avoiding Decker Properties rentals in general at all costs.
When they bought the complex, they initially raised everyone's rent from the get go $400 dollars a month without adding any amenities or renovations ( Yes 4 hundred -that is not a typo) and pushed out a portion of respectable tenants of 10 plus years. Other than that first... impression, the owners are genuinely rude, retaliatiave, and do a poor job of managing.
Decker renovated units that people moved out of, and further increased rent.
I could give a laundry list of examples from current and former tenants of why not to move here but do yourself a favor and avoid finding out the hard way.
Maintenance requests are not timely. They may just never call you back about maintenance or questions. They don't care about their tenants and it's strictly business and their tenants are more of inconvenience to them. Many rental companies aren't ideal, but they are one of the worst.
