Serif MKE

My partner and I had a really great experience living at The Serif Apartments. The property management team was truly exceptional, communication was always clear and fast, and anytime an issue came up (which was rare), it was handled quickly.

The building itself is incredibly charming and always well cared for. Common areas and shared spaces were consistently clean.

One of my favorite parts of living here was the location and the view from the apartment. It’s walkable to several great... restaurants and bars, we would often stop at Indeed Brewing or the Third Ward Beer Garden while on dog walks in the summer. We miss living at Serif and only moved because we bought a house.

I stayed at the Serif for two years and was so sad to leave due to job relocation. The units are beautiful, high quality materials and appliances and the character of the units is unmatched. Whenever I had guests I would always get so many compliments. Additionally, the staff which includes maintenance or simply just the people who would regularly be cleaning the building were incredibly kind and efficient in their work. There were never moments where I was waiting on anyone whether that was a... maintenance request that needed to be filled or responses from management on any questions or concerns I had. Lastly, my neighbors and fellow residents were respectful, kind and you could tell truly cared about keeping the Serif community top notch.
