This historic Milwaukee duplex located in the popular Bay View neighborhood has been... fully renovated to accommodate large or small groups of travelers. The combined space sleeps up to 12 people and all needed amenities are provided. Due to the convenient location guests can explore eclectic downtown by day and relax on the patio with fire pit by night.

The best part of this property is the total number of beds & sleeping spaces, accommodation of large or small groups. This property is rented as the entire house, you will have to yourself. Divide the spaces as you wish. Floor plans are 3 private bedroom/ one full bath each floor plus additional beds set up in the TV rooms for a total of 8 separate sleeping spaces. Eat-in kitchens and dining rooms on each floor. Laundry & storage in basement.

This duplex feature 2 completely separate living spaces in one home. You will have access to both units and everything you see is for your use. Towels, linens and all needed amenities provided at check-in.

Both the lower and upper spaces feature simplistic and stylish décor providing guest with a tranquil and relaxing space. It is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, while keeping you close to main attractions: such as Beaches, Bike Trails & Beer Gardens!

All bedrooms include high quality furnishings and top of the line mattresses. The duplex has a mix of private and communal sleeping spaces. Making it possible for couples and single travelers to have private sleeping accommodations, while allowing for children or groups of friends to bunk in the same room. If additional sleeping spaces are needed the sofas convert into extra beds.

To allow for in home dining, we provide guests with indoor and outdoor dining space, including small group seating areas. If you are a family or large group looking for a private retreat; while experiencing the historic vibe of downtown Bay View, this is the place!

As part of the amenities: Bowling alley, laser, tag, health clubs, yoga studios and movie theater are all within walking distance from this home (not onsite). Baseball diamond, amphitheater, tennis courts, walking paths and lagoon in Humboldt Park also a short walk or drive from this home. Plus outdoor spaces including the private patio and covered balcony. Laundry is located in unfinished basement where you are also welcome to storage your items.

We do not provide a grill, however guests are welcome to bring their own.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

Just south of the city on the coast of Lake Michigan, Bay View is a hip and eclectic neighborhood popular with families and young professionals alike. Home to one of the city’s most popular bar districts, it’s also a hotbed of local art and creativity with gallery nights, a thriving farmers market and maker fair, and one of the city's most beloved weekly concert series. You'll find plenty of opportunities to get outdoors on lakefront trails or at beer gardens in neighborhood parks. From record shops and great music venues to craft beer and dining, Bay View combines city fun with a charming neighborhood feel.

•Downtown Milwaukee- 10-15 minutes
-A visit to Milwaukee is not complete without touring one of the many breweries in the area. Two suggestions are the Lakefront Brewery and Miller Brewery. Both offer tours.

Milwaukee Art Museum- The museum has an extensive collection of nearly 20,000 works. Representing such artists as Pablo Picasso, Georgia O’Keefe and Andy Warhol.

GETTING AROUND:

The location is ideal if you are relying on local transportation or driving yourself. Downtown is a few miles or a mere 10-15 minute drive. An Uber ride to all Downtown major sites and event centers is available. The home is also located within walking distance of public transit depots. Milwaukee International Airport MKE and Amtrak Station are 9-11 minutes by car.

Up to 2 mid-size cars may park in the garage. For those with more than 2 vehicles or trucks, there is street parking near the house.
