The Landing at 1st Street

I had the absolute worst experience living here. Mice, bees, roaches, other critters! I even had a water leaks through the ceiling from upstairs neighbors overflowing the bathtub...like what??? And perhaps worst of all, constant noise. 2 am, noise, 2 pm, noise. Holidays, noise. Weekdays, noise. It NEVER ENDED. As a college student, it drove me insane. I reached out to management and they always said they would check it out, but never did. If you hate yourself and your family, move in here.

Roaches, mice bedbugs, poor management don’t consider living here unless you completely don’t have anywhere else to go

I just left my studio at Seaway due to life changes and the landlords were as helpful and reasonable on the way out as they were when listing and leasing the apartment. It is perfect for its location and price and just the right fit for plenty of you single business people making your way in the Milwaukee area!

Great neighborhood, no noise even though airport is nearby. Location with stores and restaurants is phenomenal. Living hear for almost a month and I love it!

Overall its a cute okay apt. Only been living here a little over a month, waiting for a couple things to get fixed yet. Otherwise management is pretty nice but you need to stay on them at least once a week if you want things done!
