Walker's Landing Apartments

The apartment complex is a well maintained building in a great location. The apartment is in the heart of the city with easy access to downtown, but is tucked away from the busy nearby streets. It has easy access to the riverwalk.

The landlord is very attentive and quick to respond to any question, concerns, or problems that arise.

We lived in an apartment at Walker’s Landing for almost 4 years, and would highly recommend them. The location of the apartment is perfect - walking distance to many great food establishments, immediate trail access to the Riverwalk, Beerline, and Oak Leaf trails, ample street parking, the list goes on and on. The apartment itself is fun and unique, with many great amenities like the fitness room, community room, Amazon locker, package room, etc. Management is top notch - they are incredibly... responsive, go above and beyond to keep the building safe, and throughout our four years we never had a significant rent increase. I lived at Walkers Landing for over two years and loved it. Walkers Landing is very competitively priced, well managed, and a perfect location. It’s on a quiet street but you’re just a short walk from breweries, restaurants, and other activities. I’d highly recommend it to anyone!

I have lived in Walkers Landing for over 1 year and it has been an all around terrific experience. I love the location - it’s tucked away on a quieter street across from Beerline Cafe (another awesome eatablishment)! Being so close to the river walk and also to downtown hot spots is another perk. The apartments are all updated with modern and beautiful appliances, counters, floors, etc. I loved the aesthetic. Heated parking, community room, exercise room, locked pckage room, green space terrace... with picnic tables, were all a huge plus! Many other buildings in the area are the same, if not more for rent, but this place beats them out on many levels. Management is very responsive and awesome addressing any concerns. The level of service was leaps and bounds better than my previous renting experiences. If you can snag a place here, my advice is do it fast!! Read More

I have lived in the apartment for about 1 year and I absolutely love it. It has everything I wanted in an apartment- in unit laundry, a balcony, a workout room, and a club room. The balcony views of the river are beautiful, and we are right on the river walk. There is a picnic table by the river which is super nice. There is also green space where people can lounge or let their dogs run around. The building is nice and tucked away from the craziness of the East Side/ Riverwest, while also being... a 10 minute walk to Brady Street and Water Street. The building offers parking (1 spot per apartment), but there is always parking available on the street. There is an option where we can pay rent by direct deposit, which is really convenient so I am never late on payment. The rent may seem expensive (worth it), but the utilities are pretty cheap so it evens out. Honestly, one of the best parts of the apartment is how great the landlords are. If I ever need something fixed, they fix it the next morning/afternoon- it is always done by at least 2pm. They keep us in the loop and are so prompt on any needs. I would 100% recommend living here.
