EXCELLENT!

I’ve had a great experience living at Bloom Apartments. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the Monona location is hard to beat, close to the lake and trails while still feeling calm.

Management and maintenance have been responsive and professional, and things generally run smoothly. I hope it stays this way as the units continue to fill up.

I am a real tenant that lives on the property.
