Great apartment but…
Great location with waterfront boardwalk behind the complex and very nice amenities and apartments. However, we were quoted $400 to replace a blind set. That’s ridiculous. Keep that in mind :)

Unfortunately, these are made-to-order commercial aluminum blinds, which can… be quite expensive. If a new set is required, we do prorate the cost and are always happy to share the purchase receipts for full transparency. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and feedback.
