Parquelynn Village

I've only been here for a few weeks and I'd happily stay here forever if I didn't plan on buying a house eventually! The staff is so sweet and goes above and beyond. The units are big and provide plenty of space in all of the rooms, as well as plenty of closets throughout the unit for storage. Lots of cabinet storage in the kitchen, large patio/balcony area, very nice pool area, fitness room, and shared fire pit and grill for community use. There's a basketball court and playground in the middle… if you have kids, as well as a ton of sidewalks and grass areas to walk pets. Large garages are available for rent and very close to each building, parking lots in front of each building with unassigned parking, and storage units also available. Super close to the freeway, but not loud or bothersome at all, and only two minutes from Nashotah Park. Slightly wooded areas surround the buildings and I've already seen plenty of wildlife from birds to deer to cranes. Mail boxes are located inside each building which is super convenient, and community chats are available if you have questions or your package gets delivered to the wrong address, etc. Would highly recommend! :) Read More
